With a south facing outlook, Trereife has stunning views over St Michael's Mount and Mounts Bay from all the windows at the front of the cottage.
The cottage has a high spec finish and is tastefully decorated in neutral colours and comfortably furnished. With 3 bedrooms (sleeping 6), 2 bathrooms and a shower room, the house has ample space for a variety of needs. There is a woodburner for cosy nights in, as well as gas central heating.
The open plan sitting room/dining room is a calm and welcoming space in which to relax after a day on the beach or the water or exploring the local area. The dining table seats 6 for sumptuous meals created from local seafood or a takeaway from the local pub!
The kitchen has a large breakfast bar with four stools. It is well equipped and features a range cooker. If you don't want to cook, there is a wide selection of dining out options locally, from gourmet restaurants to fresh pasties or fish and chips.
The bathroom and three bedrooms are on the first floor. The two king size rooms at the front have wonderful sea views and the third is a bunk room at the rear of the house. Bedroom 1 has an ensuite, whilst beds 2 and 3 share the family bathroom.
The external utility/shower room is great for sandy bodies and towels after a day on the beach.
The centre of Marazion is within easy walking distance down the hill where you can browse the art galleries, while away time in the cafes and enjoy the glorious stretches of golden sands, not to mention take a boat trip or walk across the tidal causeway to the Mount itself.
Linen and bath towels are included (beach towels are not so please bring your own). The cottage is cleaned to an extremely high standard for your arrival.
2 well behaved dogs are welcome (although we ask you keep them off the furniture and don't allow them upstairs). We provide bowls, a mat and a jar of treats!
