  • We’ve just had a short but very sweet stay at this beautiful cottage. we only stayed for 3 nights but we packed a lot in during this time and this was the perfect base. The views of the Mount from the bedrooms was an absolute pleasure to wake up to and the cottage was clean and homely with everything we needed and more. Although the garage was a bit of a squeeze we managed to fit one of the two cars we came with in and the other one was easily parked in the residential area just up the road close to the local shop. We highly recommend Gwithian Towans beach, great for dogs and a lovely cafe (Jam Pot) that did amazing cream teas. Also had a meal at the local pub, the Fire Engine, that does nice burgers and pizzas which went down very well with the kids. All in all can’t recommend this cottage and location enough. Thank you to the wonderful hosts for having us.

  • Everything about our stay in Marazion was great! The house was immaculate, stocked with everything you could need, five minutes from the town centre and with a gorgeous view of St Michael’s Mount!
    We loved Marazion - a very picturesque little town and the perfect location for visiting the Minack Theatre, Land’s End, St. Ives and many beautiful, dog friendly beaches. Many thanks Jane for a wonderful stay.

  • Our stay in Marazion was fantastic.
    The property was beautiful and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. It has beautiful views of St Michaels Mount from the bedrooms and is located a 10 minute walk into town, longer on the way back up the hill.
    The information folder was really comprehensive, we found everything and more in there.
    Definitely would love to go back.

  • We had the best time, everything was as described in the ad. Marazion is lovely little town. The host is dog friendly 🥰 Beach and amenities are walkable distance. The view from the house at St Micheal's Mount is amazing. Highly recommend the area and Sophie's place. Thank you.

  • Thoroughly recommend this lovely cottage. Very cosy and comfortable with lovely furnishings and very tasteful & attractive (seaside-related) artwork and ornaments. (Loved the model yacht in the master bedroom)! The views from the sea-facing bedrooms are magnificent - what a sight to wake up to every day. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
    The location was great and you can be on the beach in under 10 minutes' walk from the front door.
    We had two family cars with us. The garage was a very tight squeeze and meant a bit of a faff at the beginning and end of each journey. But it was worth it given the scarcity of parking. We managed to park the other car about 5-7 minutes away in the residential area towards the outskirts of the village and always managed to find a space.

  • Spent a few days in this delightful cottage beautifully furnished with everything we could possibly have needed.
    The views from the cottage were amazing towards St Michaels Mount especially from the bedrooms and the cottage was so homely and such a relaxing space. If only we had been able to stay longer.

  • A very nicely decorated and spacious place to stay with really absolutely everything you need. Kitchen perfect, washing machine, dryer.. great view and walking distance to the small place with pub, cafe and small shops and just behind the beach. We loved it!

    We feel very refreshed and relaxed.
    Trereife is a beautiful home in a beautiful location, we feel very blessed to have called it home for a few days.
    The Rock Pool Cafe and The Fire Engine Inn are amazing stops for food, especially for a coeliac. In fact the whole area is amazing for gluten free and dog friendly choices.

  • What a wonderful week we've enjoyed here at Trereife.
    The lovely house has wonderful views of St. Michael's Mount, and it's been a fabulous break. We have thoroughly enjoyed drinks on the terrace at The Godolphin, 2 Fore Street, Kota Kai and The Mussel Shoal. We were blessed with fabulous weather and found our favourite beach to be Praa Sands - great if you want to surf or paddle board and the cafe is fab too.
    A trip to The Minack Theatre topped off a fabulous week.
